Plastic Shredding & Size Reduction Machines
Agromel Machine

The Agromel Machine is a high-efficiency pre-processing system that performs shredding, drying, and densification before the extrusion stage. Since the processed material is moisture-free and has a higher bulk density, it increases the capacity of the extruder while improving the quality and consistency of the final product.

Key Features

  • Available in various capacities ranging from 100 kg/h to 1,000 kg/h.

  • Chamber diameters are available from Ø800 mm to Ø1600 mm.

  • Manufactured from heavy-duty steel using MIG welding technology.

  • Equipped with a rotating disc and rotating disc blades inside the chamber, along with fixed auxiliary blades positioned around the chamber.

  • Blades are manufactured from high-strength materials such as 1.2379 tool steel, Hardox, and other wear-resistant steel grades.

  • The cast body and heavy flywheel design provide excellent energy efficiency.

  • The material discharge door can be manufactured with either a pneumatic or hydraulic control system according to customer requirements.

Plastic Shredding Machines

The machine is designed for reducing the size of plastic waste and scrap materials using rotating and stationary blades. The rotor type, screen configuration, and blade arrangement are selected according to the material being processed to ensure optimum performance. It is engineered to deliver maximum efficiency.

Its specially designed bearing system enables wet crushing applications, providing greater flexibility for different recycling processes. Depending on the material being processed, the machine can be equipped with either a fan discharge system or a screw conveyor discharge system.

Key Features

  • Available with production capacities ranging from 100 kg/h to 1,500 kg/h.

  • The optimized blade arrangement ensures high productivity while reducing energy consumption.

  • Designed to allow users to perform maintenance quickly and easily, minimizing downtime and simplifying servicing.

  • Special anti-vibration mounting blocks are used to enhance the durability of the frame and protect the machine from shock and vibration.
