The Baby Extruder Machine is an auxiliary unit designed to operate in conjunction with the main extruder as an integrated part of the extrusion line. Its primary purpose is to improve the degassing process in applications where gases generated during plastic melting cannot be removed efficiently, which could otherwise reduce the quality of the final pellets.
Molten plastic from the main extruder passes through a thick-walled, heater-insulated transfer pipe before entering the Baby Extruder. During this transfer, the molten material is briefly exposed to ambient air, allowing it to cool slightly. This controlled exposure enables trapped gases to escape more effectively before the material enters the Baby Extruder, resulting in higher-quality, more homogeneous, and gas-free plastic pellets.

The Pellet Cutting Machine is designed to cut molten plastic material coming from the extruder into uniform plastic pellets with high precision. It is available in vertical and horizontal configurations to meet different production requirements.
